According to the investor, the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC is being developed on an area of approximately 60 hectares with a total investment exceeding 1,250 billion VND. The project is planned as a new-generation industrial cluster, focusing on green, clean, and modern criteria, aiming for sustainable development and optimized operational efficiency for businesses.
Beyond meeting the demand for expanding production space, the project is also oriented to become a synchronous industrial ecosystem, attracting modern manufacturing businesses that apply high technology and are environmentally friendly.
With its strategic location in western Hai Phong, the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC offers convenient connectivity to key transport routes, seaports, logistics centers, and the city's major industrial zones. This is considered a crucial advantage for businesses to optimize transportation costs, enhance supply chain connectivity, and boost market competitiveness.

Following its development orientation, the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC prioritizes attracting high value-added industrial sectors, aligning with Hai Phong's modern industrial development strategy and the global green transition trend. Key sectors include mechanical engineering, electronics, refrigeration, telecommunications, information technology, supporting industries, high technology, logistics, building materials manufacturing, light industry, food processing, textiles, and agricultural product processing.
The focus on attracting high-quality industries not only helps improve infrastructure utilization but also fosters the formation of a synchronized production-supply-logistics chain, contributing to the industrial economic development of the region.

In this project, Minh Long Group serves as the main investor, collaborating in the infrastructure development and the construction of a modern industrial ecosystem within the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC.
With a business-centric approach, Minh Long Group focuses on investing in synchronous technical infrastructure, optimizing operational capabilities, and creating a favorable investment environment for both domestic and international enterprises. Beyond its investment role, Minh Long Group aims to develop an industrial cluster model based on new standards, where businesses receive comprehensive support from infrastructure, construction, and legal aspects to green energy solutions, all designed to enhance operational efficiency and long-term growth.

A key highlight of the project is its orientation towards green and sustainable industrial development through the application of renewable energy and international green building standards. As part of the project development cooperation, Minh Long Power has signed an agreement to implement green energy solutions for businesses operating within the industrial cluster. These solutions include rooftop solar power, optimized energy efficiency, electricity-saving solutions, and the integration of renewable energy in production.
The implementation of these solutions not only helps businesses reduce operating costs but also contributes to carbon emission reduction, raises environmental standards, and meets ESG requirements in global supply chains. Furthermore, the investor is collaborating with SGS to consult on and certify green building projects, aiming to establish an infrastructure system that meets international standards for sustainable development and environmental protection.

The groundbreaking of the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC not only signifies an expansion of industrial land for Hai Phong but also demonstrates the city's commitment to modern, green, and sustainable industrial development in this new phase. With its large investment scale, synchronized infrastructure, focus on attracting high-quality industries, and the involvement of the Minh Long ecosystem, the project is expected to quickly become an attractive investment destination in the Northern region.
Going forward, the investor will continue to accelerate infrastructure completion, strengthen business connections, and expand strategic partnerships to establish the Le Thien – Dai Ban IC as one of Hai Phong's exemplary industrial clusters, contributing positively to economic growth, job creation, and promoting green industrial development in the locality.
